Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to verify and reconcile inventories for customers, suppliers, and DHL. You will perform physical inventories, and generate reports while collaborating with multiple teams on inventory issues on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehousing experience; barcode systems preferred.
• Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Experience with a commercial WMS (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data for root cause analysis using Excel.
• Monitor SAP in-transit data for finance reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile issues.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
