Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Vista, CA is hiring a First Shift Inventory Control Coordinator. The role focuses on verifying and reconciling customer and DHL inventories, performing physical counts, and producing reports.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years warehousing experience, 6 months VNA or Reach Truck exposure, and SAP/Topex familiarity. Schedule is 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with $23.25/hour and eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years warehousing experience with barcode systems.
• Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventories for customer, suppliers and DHL.
• Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports.
• Interface between customer support, suppliers and management on inventory issues.
