Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in The Colony, TX is seeking an Inventory Clerk to verify and reconcile inventories, perform cycle counts, and compile reports for customer and internal teams. You will interface with customer support, suppliers and management to resolve inventory issues and maintain data accuracy in SAP and related systems.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehousing experience, familiarity with cycle counts, and knowledge of inventory systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehousing experience
• Experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory
• Knowledge of barcode systems

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Investigate shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
