Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support cycle counting and accurate inventory records in a 1st shift warehouse on weekdays. Hours are 6:00AM-2:00PM with competitive benefits.

You will reconcile data in the WM System and SAP, analyze discrepancies with Excel, and coordinate with suppliers and customer teams to keep inventory levels aligned. This role offers growth in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system.
• Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor SAP in-transit data for finance reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and reconciliate discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
• Investigate shrinkage of inventory and advise department manager.
