Job summary

Trulieve, Inc. is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, tracking inventory, and achieving KPIs. The role ensures regulatory compliance while delivering a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include audits, cycle counts, opening/closing oversight, merchandising, and handling patient issues. Requires a High School Diploma and cash handling experience.

Schedule: Up to 40 hours weekly; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and communicate SOPs; inform staff of changes.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Open/close duties and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in merchandising.
• Resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners.
