Job summary

Trulieve in Georgia is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in achieving 100% inventory accuracy, managing product transfers, and improving stock controls in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, maintain state compliance, and ensure confidentiality while working with cross-functional teams. Eligibility requires a high school diploma and 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and with diverse colleagues.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory and ensure accuracy across all phases of production and storage.
• Monitor warehouse transactions including shipping/receiving and transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager and follow audit programs.
• Log receipts and documentation to ensure proper inventory accounts.
• Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel.
• Execute system adjustments and analyze root causes for corrective actions.
• Ensure state compliance and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
