Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.

Responsibilities include receiving Direct POs, managing inventory adjustments, and coordinating with the Store Operations Manager on inventory processes. The role requires availability for varied shifts and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and availability for varied shifts.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation according to procedures.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
• Operate forklift and assist loading/unloading as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
