Job summary

Clear Align LLC in Nashua, NH is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accuracy, perform cycle counts, and ensure traceability of sensitive optical, mechanical, and electronic components.

You will work with Shipping & Receiving, Finance, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality and Manufacturing to keep materials flowing and support production builds, process improvements, and accurate ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, work instructions, and inventory-control requirements.
• Ability to accurately perform electronic inventory and material transactions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support material traceability requirements.
• Ability to identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, material identification issues, or other conditions requiring review.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine inventory transactions and maintain accurate ERP records.
• Pick and kit materials to production work orders, verifying correct part numbers and traceability.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliation activities, researching discrepancies and documenting findings.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Manufacturing to respond to changing material priorities.
• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving activities when needed.
