Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Inventory Control Associate at the Lakeville DC to maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and layout optimization. The role requires experience in distribution and proficiency with ERP systems.

You will work in a warehouse environment with lifting duties and RF/computer use. Strong numerical and accuracy skills are essential, and familiarity with Manhattan WM and M3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in a distribution environment, specifically within inventory control preferred.
• Working knowledge of M3 and WM preferred.
• Requirements: Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, lift up to 50lbs.
• Special Credentials/Skills: Strong numerical and accuracy skills; working knowledge of WM/BI systems (Manhattan and M3); capable of learning Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle count, transaction auditing and reconcile inventory as scheduled to improve accuracy.
• Audit procedural activities with potential inventory impact and report findings with improvement steps.
• Perform layout changes to optimize receipt, putaway, replenishment, pick, pack and ship activities.
• Carry out other tasks related to overall business performance.
