Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist based in Hudson, NH to oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow. You will execute cycle counts, document inventory, and coordinate with production and purchasing teams to maintain integrity between physical stock and ERP records.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in material management or manufacturing ops, hands-on experience with ERP and inspection tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma.
• 5+ years in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with mechanical inspection tools (calipers, XRF, CMM).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Support the shipping & receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure inventory stock levels and locations match ERP system quantities and locations.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counts and space optimization.
• Execute cycle counting between Physical Inventory and ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Production on counts and locations.
• Improve processes to address root causes of discrepancies.
• Supply the production floor with needed materials (daily kitting).
• Perform mechanical inspection of incoming and in-stock materials using calipers and XRF; verify with CMM routines.
