Supreme Staffing is seeking a Materials Management Specialist to optimize warehouse material flow and accuracy. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory records, and support production needs through precise stock control and proactive coordination with cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience with WMS/ERP systems, forklift operation, and strong attention to detail. You will contribute to audits, improve processes, and ensure safe, compliant material handling

Qualifications

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
• Forklift operation and material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Track material movement using WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure material availability.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping errors.
• Organize warehouse storage areas for efficient space utilization and safety.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and generate reorder requests to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed during handling.
• Support audits and generate inventory reports for management.
