Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management or manufacturing required.
• Knowledge of raw material handling in food or flavor manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate across teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic math.
• Experience with RF scanners and ERP systems (Deacom).

Responsibilities

• Accurately refill raw material containers with proper labeling and tracking, lot numbers, and material moves within Deacom.
• Conduct regular inventory tasks, including adjusting for empty containers and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Track material movements and report discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure all raw materials are stored and handled in safety and quality compliance.
• Operate scales and other equipment required for refilling and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with compounders and teams to ensure seamless production flow.
• Operate forklift, drum dumpers, and material handling tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
