Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years procurement experience and 2 years inventory.
• Or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with procurement and maintains inventory records for the department.
• Order, receive and record assets, materials, equipment and hardware.
• Keeps records of surplus materials and updates inventory projections.
• Takes inventories and maintains optimum stock levels for timely deliveries.
• Operates materials handling equipment and ensures safe storage.
• Performs quality checks on stored inventory and discards non-conforming items.
• Maintains records, conducts audits, and tracks assets during audits.
