The role requires 2–4 years of experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong data-analysis skills. Prior experience with AIMS/SAP/CIMA and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience, preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency with AIMS/SAP/CIMA and MS Office.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Analytical skills to interpret and analyze data.
• Generate statistical reports and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound products and verifies packing slips.
• Develops forecasts of inventory based on customer demand.
• Places electronic orders based on inventory reporting and forecasting.
• Monitors inventory levels and analyzes slow- and fast-moving items.
• Performs regular cycle counts and validates count data.
• Updates data in AIMS/SAP/CIMA based on product codes.
