Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data is updated promptly and accurately.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Track inventory movements, transfers, adjustments, and stock transactions.
  • Assist with outbound shipments preparation and verification.
  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding inventory issues.
  • Enter inventory transactions into inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Identify damaged, obsolete, expired, or excess inventory and report findings.
  • Support compliance with company policies and inventory standards.
