Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Inventory ICQA role to monitor inventory at fulfillment centers. You will support growth by sustaining accuracy and enabling smooth outbound fulfillment. The role reports to the Area Manager, Supply Chain ICQA.

Ideal candidates can handle cycles counts, variances, and timely communications while maintaining product safety, quality, and compliance across ShipBob’s network.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by Operations.
• Perform physical inventory cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Relay updates to ICQA Lead and communicate with MC team.
• Resolve merchant- facing inventory related requests.
• Follow SOPs for inventory control and ensure timely resolution.
