Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts across the warehouse, verify product in reserve locations, and update the system accordingly. You will audit paperwork, identify variances, and support inventory accuracy with Operations.

This role operates on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM in North Hatfield, MA, with paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one. Growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry and lift objects from 20lbs to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle counts of inventory locations and update the system.
• Research and resolve inventory variances and/or missing items.
• Verify dating and lot codes and update records in the system.
• Perform daily inbound receiving audits and root-cause analysis of variances.
• Respond to internal item checks and coordinate intra-warehouse transfers.
• Assist in handling obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
