Job summary

Sundial Logistics LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts, verify products, and audit inventory records in a warehouse environment. The role includes handling obsolete inventory, dating verification, and root-cause analysis of variances, with potential cross-department support as needed.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and readiness for overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software preferred.
• 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations and update the system.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors.
• Validate dating of product and update records as required.
• Daily inbound receiving audits; investigate variances and report to Operations.
• Assist buyers with item checks and code transfers in the warehouse.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
