Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC, a leading HVACR distributor in North America, seeks an on-site Inventory Associate in Lancaster, TX. You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and support data integrity across warehouses.

You will operate power equipment and assist in locating new parts, working with the team to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth stock flow. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory processes and cycle counts is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing.
• Ability to follow safety rules and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate power equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks.
• Assist in determining ideal locate practices for new parts.
• Support quarterly and year-end inventory audits.
