Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR distributor, seeks an Inventory Clerk to maintain precise stock levels and efficient warehouse operations in Lancaster, TX. You will perform cycle counts, operate power equipment, and collaborate with Receiving and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

The role requires attention to detail, safe operation of equipment, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate inventory and timely returns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory and quality control procedures.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update systems.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with team and supervisors.
• Assist in vendor returns, overstock, and scrap write-offs.
• Ensure safe picking, stocking, and receiving practices.
• Support quarterly and year-end inventory audits.
