Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a warehouse/delivery associate to handle stocking, receiving, pulling orders, and shipping preparation. You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, and maintain accuracy in inventory and paperwork.

You will follow safety rules, work with a team, and support on-time deliveries across routes. A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift experience and valid licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years truck driving experience or forklift operation preferred.
• Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipment safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution center processes; OSHA safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic power equipment to locate, stock, and move products daily.
• Receive and unload product using forklift or hand tools; verify condition and quantity.
• Pick, pack, and label orders to minimize damage and ensure proper paperwork.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment certifications as required.
