Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR distributor, is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Lancaster, TX area DC. You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform daily cycle counts, monitor data integrity across systems, and help resolve discrepancies with the team.

You’ll operate power equipment and assist in locating new parts, ensuring smooth receiving and stocking processes. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to warehouse best practices within a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with inventory and safety procedures preferred.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily cycle counts.
• Monitor put-away activities and data consistency between systems.
• Research discrepancies and resolve receipts with supervisors.
• Operate power equipment (order picker, reach truck) as needed.
• Assist in determining ideal locate practices for new parts.
• Support vendor returns, overstock, and scrap processes.
