Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR distributor, seeks an energetic sales professional in Grand Prairie, TX. You will drive new accounts, strengthen existing relationships, and provide accurate quotes to support outside and counter sales teams.

Regular duties include promoting featured products, expanding customer relationships, and ensuring seamless service with internal teams. A strong background in HVAC/R sales and CRM proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; at least two years HVAC/R experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Achieves sales targets by developing new accounts and strengthening relationships.
• Direct Sales: Provides efficient quoting support to sales teams and customers.
• Direct Sales: Maintains strong customer relationships through friendly service.
• Direct Sales: Recommends products based on customer needs and drives conversions.
• Sales Support: Handles quoting via phone/email/ProKeep and processes sales tickets.
• Sales Support: Collaborates with internal teams for seamless service.
• Sales Support: Maintains product knowledge and post-sale follow-up.
