Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Shakopee, MN. You will oversee all materials entering and leaving the shop, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient operations across planning, purchasing, and production.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fulfillment/warehouse settings, ERP/WMS systems, and prior supervisory experience, with excellent organization and communication skills to support a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years experience in fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• 2 years experience in lead or supervisor role.
• 2 years experience using ERP or WMS software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to material heads-up requests from planning and replenishment of material.
• Coordinate with purchasing and planning on material requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of ERP/Perpetual inventory values.
• Ensure materials moved, consumed, and staged correctly.
