Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain precise inventory records and manage materials in a warehouse and production setting. You will support receiving, cycle counting, material movements, and ERP data integrity while collaborating with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role emphasizes FIFO/FEFO compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of inventory processes, with standard business hours and a pay range aligned to the Minnesota market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience; an associate degree is preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP transactions.
• Pick and stage materials for production orders and requests.
• Post receipts for incoming materials and finished goods.
• Perform stock put-away and ensure proper locations.
• Create/modify inventory journals and transfers in ERP.
• Monitor accuracy and investigate variances, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Support annual physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Communicate inventory metrics and opportunities for process improvements.
