Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend basic English essential for work directions and safety instructions.
• Professional email etiquette and clear communication.
• Basic math to calculate counts and inventory details.
• Strong organization, time management, multitasking and critical thinking.
• Detail oriented with team-based and independent work.
• Proactive problem identification and corrective actions.
• Good knowledge of T.O. Plastics product line.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of raw materials, in stock, on order, and in process.
• Perform cycle counts and adjustments; report monitoring.
• Manage locations in inventory system and update reports.
• Provide inventory information to production schedulers; investigate discrepancies.
• Support shipping/materials and receiving as needed.
• Act as backup to Inventory Coordinator; operate forklift as required.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with shipping, materials, and front office teams.
