Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting processes while maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge is valuable.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Conduct receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes and related reports.
