Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and use.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Complete BOPIS and other reconciliation reports.
• Receive Direct POs and freight transfers.
• Receive and pack/unload trucks and stage freight.
• Stock and tag freight according to standards.
• Create fill-to-capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Record inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies with the Store Operations Manager.
• Review negative on-hand reports and perform follow-up.
• Process buybacks and RTVs.
• Complete all required tasks and documentation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
