Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure data accuracy between our internal systems and physical counts. You will collaborate across departments to identify issues and present proactive solutions that support customers. The role requires independence and precision across warehouse teams.

You will perform cycle counts, adjust discrepancies in the ERP, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment while meeting daily goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle inventory data with accuracy.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify inventory issues and resolve problems.
• Investigate discrepancies and conduct weekly cycle counts.
• Record adjustments in the ERP system and reconcile counts.
• Replenish pick bins and move overstock using forklift equipment.
• Identify damaged inventory and ensure proper bin locations.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse conditions and follow safety guidelines.
