Job summary

Incora in Northlake, Texas, seeks an Inventory Control Administrator to ensure data integrity in the inventory management system and at the central distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, stock transfers, location mapping, and data entry, ensuring traceability and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Strong communication with multiple departments, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with JDE or AIMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred in Supply Chain/ Warehousing or related field.
• 2–4 years of warehousing, supply chain or inventory management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enter and validate data in the inventory management system.
• Coordinate stock transfers and location mappings.
• Investigate discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis.
