CEVA Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory records, perform audits, and support daily warehouse operations. This role collaborates with receiving, shipping, and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficient material flow.

The position requires using WMS/ERP systems, investigating discrepancies, and conducting cycle counts with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A team environment and safety compliance are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using WMS/ERP or inventory software.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and investigate discrepancies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cycles counts and overages/shortages.
• Report inventory levels and issues; create discrepancy reports.
• Support inventory counting and adjustments; track resolutions.
• Complete inventory investigations in a timely manner.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed for audits.
• Apply and release system locks to quarantine product during investigations.
• Verify inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Ensure proper product identification and labeling.
• Collaborate with Receiving and Shipping to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain organized storage locations and analyze inventory trends.
• Follow safety policies and warehouse procedures.
