CEVA Logistics in Austin, TX, seeks an Inventory Specialist/Warehouse Operations Administrator to support daily warehouse controls, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and ensure counts align with system records.

You will print count sheets, enter results, run reports from the WMS, and assist in shipping and receiving as needed; a high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred; a stable, team-oriented environment with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Driver certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.

Mansioni

• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to Count Sheet templates.
• Print Count Sheets in location sequence and conduct physical inventory counts.
• Enter count results into the system and reconcile discrepancies.
• Research discrepancies by cycle counting and review transaction history for last known locations.
• Assist in other areas such as operations, shipping and receiving as needed.
