Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse handling operations. The role focuses on inventory reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and data entry into WMS-driven systems.

The position requires meticulous attention to detail, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a forklift certification plus a valid license. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; less than one year related experience.
• Forklift Driver certification and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to Count Sheet template.
• Print Count Sheets in location sequence; conduct physical inventory; enter results into system.
• Research inventory discrepancies by cycle counting; identify last locations of product.
• Perform staging area searches and empty location audits; report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in other areas such as operations, shipping and receiving as needed.
