Clarios is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for the St. Joseph, MO plant.

This full-time on-site role reports to Production Control Manager and focuses on cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and reconciliation to support production flow. You will collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure timely material transactions, perform inbound inventory tracking, and investigate discrepancies with root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and determine root causes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of production components and inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely material transactions.
• Perform receiving functions and tracking of inbound inventory.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
