Job summary

Clayton Supply is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support daily counting, cycle counts, and meticulous reconciliation of inventory records. You will perform physical inventories, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy in our ERP system.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and based on-site within Clayton Supply operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb as part of daily tasks.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of items to be counted and perform inventories.
• Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and research variances.
• Perform inventory transactions in business software.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Assist other team members as needed.
