Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our St. Joseph, MO plant on-site. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Receiving, Operations, and Suppliers to ensure accurate material transactions.

You will also perform receiving functions, reconcile inventory, and drive accuracy improvements while leveraging Excel, Word, and Outlook to document and report findings. The role reports to the Production Control Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and determine root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to become certified and safely operate a scissor lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of production components and inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely material transactions.
• Perform receiving functions and tracking of inbound inventory.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
