Job summary

Clarios, LLC in St. Joseph, Missouri seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor reporting to the Plant Manager within the Manufacturing Operations. This onsite role leads production activities to meet goals, maintain staffing, and uphold a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

You will train production personnel, coach, ensure staffing aligns with requirements, manage safety standards and equipment maintenance, and investigate variances to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities
