Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory daily.
• Perform counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process orders and use inventory management systems.
• Monitor overall inventory performance for all facilities in division.
• Manage relationships with the distribution vendor for timely delivery.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and reporting.
• Ensure inventory accounting aligns with CHI standards and recalls where needed.
