Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and standard office software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to coordinate across business units and follow through on implementations.
• Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Inventory, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide perpetual inventory control and weekly reconciliation of substrates.
• Conduct cycle counts as required and reconcile differences.
• Perform ad hoc counts when shortages or excesses are identified.
• Establish cut-off points and determine causes of inaccuracies.
• Prepare adjusted inventory paperwork and present for approval.
• Perform forensic analysis of variances and implement corrective actions.
