Job summary

IFA North America LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to perform material and supplies inventory, ABC cycle counts, and line counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will ensure data integrity in SAP, resolve discrepancies, and support annual physical inventories.

The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with Logistics for continuous process improvement. The position emphasizes strict adherence to IATF 16949 standards, flexibility in hours, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 year college degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system (materials management) is required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts of finished goods, raw materials, WIP, and daily ABC counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Review goods receipts for accuracy and completeness.
• Report discrepancies to Logistics Operations Group Leader and recommend stock level changes.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and other internal inventories as needed.
• Prepare daily/manufacturing inventory reports and ensure IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, kanban, poka-yoke, visual management, 1-piece flow).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and flow.
