Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator (Administrative) to ensure accurate inventory through counts, adjustments, and issue resolution in a Medline distribution center.

The role supports reconciliation of error queues and OSI incidents, coordinating with warehouse teams, A/P, and product divisions. Requires 2+ years in inventory in warehousing and familiarity with SAP and Catalyst systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
• Proficient with SAP & Catalyst; able to navigate enterprise and warehouse systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Associate's degree preferred; 1-2 years lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cycles counts and workloads.
• Train and mentor facility team on inventory processes and procedures.
• Review discrepancy reports daily and reconcile in SAP/Catalyst to correct financial errors.
• Manage error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV) and ensure completeness of inventory transactions.
• Investigate service failures and customer complaints; create RGAs and adjust in Catalyst/SAP as needed.
• Communicate with warehouse operations, AP, product divisions, inventory management, and internal audit to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment as necessary.
