Job summary

IFA Rotorion is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, and support material movement records. The role requires hands-on counting, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics teams.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts for raw, WIP and finished goods, preparing inventory reports, and assisting in annual physical inventories while adhering to ISO 14001 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field or demonstrated work experience.
• 2–5 years of logistics, shipping/receiving or warehousing experience in a JIT/JIS environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management methods.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP materials management module.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience creating process flow charts and SOPs.
• Forklift certification or certifiable.
• RF and/barcoding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts of finished goods inventory.
• Perform ABC daily cycle counts for raw, WIP and finished materials.
• Maintain inventory records with documentation.
• Review goods receipts for accuracy and completeness.
• Report discrepancies to Logistics Operations Group Leader.
• Recommend stock level adjustments based on usage and complaints.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and internal inventories.
• Prepare daily inventory reports.
• Demonstrate awareness of ISO 14001-2015 commitments.
