Job summary

IFA Powertrain Polska is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to perform material inventory and ABC cycle counts, ensuring data accuracy in SAP. You will resolve discrepancies and manage material movements within a large facility.

The role requires experience with SAP MM, lean practices, and the ability to work with RF/barcode systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Logistics, Shipping/Receiving or Warehousing in JIT/JIS manufacturing.
• Fundamental inventory management methods knowledge.
• Inventory record keeping for materials and supplies (manual or automated).
• Experience with SAP MM module is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing concepts knowledge.
• Experience creating/process flow charts and SOPs.
• Forklift certifiable.
• RF/barcoding experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete cycle counts of finished goods inventory.
• Perform ABC daily cycle counts for raw, WIP and finished material.
• Maintain inventory records with supportive stock documentation.
• Review goods receipts for accuracy and completeness.
• Report discrepancies to Logistics Operations Group Leader.
• Recommend stock level adjustments based on usage/complaints.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and other inventories.
• Prepare daily inventory reports and other inventory reports.
• Support ISO 14001-2015 awareness.
