Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator (Administrative) to ensure accurate inventory in our distribution center. The role focuses on reconciling adjustments and maintaining high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of warehouse inventory experience, proficiency with SAP and Catalyst, and solid Microsoft Office/Excel skills. This position supports warehouse operations and emphasizes reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel (SUM, borders, column widths, charts, text wrap, sort, headers/footers).
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP (under $500).
• Communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
