Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our distribution center team. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments in SAP, and effective communication with warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of inventory experience in a warehouse setting, familiar with SAP inventory transactions and MS Office tools. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Intermediate SAP; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel.
• Ability to take direction; Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts.
• Reconciles discrepancies as needed; performs SAP adjustments under $500.
• Communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned
