Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory control or cycle counting.
• Experience with ERP systems; QAD preferred.
• Basic English and math skills; proficient data entry.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enter inventory transactions in QAD.
• Track KPIs related to cycle count and accuracy.
• Support receiving, picking, replenishment, and transfers; forklift as needed.
• Ensure FIFO compliance and proper labeling.
• Follow safety policies and 5S in the workspace.
• Assist with order fulfillment for production/customer needs.
