Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ years of related work experience.
• Understanding of the impact of inventory transactions on production and finance with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory control, management, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient math skills including decimals; ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cycle counts, investigates variances, and updates the ERP system.
• Maintains organization of production floor inventory and overflow inventory.
• Identifies and initiates corrective actions to resolve inventory issues.
• Prepares periodic inventory reports reflecting cycle counts.
• Works independently with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensures inventory accuracy through proper identification, labeling, and location control.
• Supports root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory discrepancies.
• Partners with shipping, receiving, and production teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas in accordance with company standards.
• Supports other operational areas as needed based on business demand.
• Participates in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
