Job summary

Qualifications

• ERP or inventory management systems experience; NetSuite preferred.
• 3 years related work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of admin and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and records management.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory transfers and adjustments in ERP.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
• Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Manage internal inventory requests and BOM changes.
• Validate inventory against pick lists and issue parts to production orders.
• Kit production orders and deliver to the production floor.
• Stock inventory items and maintain warehouse.
• Order materials needed for the warehouse and manage Kanban.
• Respond to internal and external customer problems or complaints.
• Backup and assist with Shipping and Receiving as needed.
