Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Agent to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on cycle counts across finished goods, WIP, and vaults, ensuring accuracy in both physical and electronic records to support order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing, a good grasp of Excel, and strong organizational skills. Forklift experience is preferred, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods in electronic systems.
• Perform monthly cycle counts of all locations and summarize findings.
• Carry out annual cycle counts and document results.
• Ensure bulk materials and finished goods are accurate in systems and physically.
• Maintain inventory records and track transfers and counts.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate findings as needed.
• Replenish and control finished goods in vaults.
• Dispose of designated products and handle disposal processes.
• Operate lift equipment as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
