Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking
• Ability to manage multiple inventory items and priorities simultaneously
• Skilled in identifying discrepancies and solving problems
• Effective verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination
• Proficiency in basic computer apps (Excel, Word) and learning WMS
• Familiarity with FIFO, cycle counting, and stock rotation
• Forklift experience and ability to pass a forklift assessment

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to verify stock and locations
• Input and maintain inventory data in the Warehouse Management System
• Prepare documentation for inventory transactions including receiving/shipping
• Assist with receiving shipments and updating records
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and proper product placement
• Identify inventory issues and propose process improvements
• Perform product and location audits and resolve inconsistencies
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues
• Support initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Trace and resolve discrepancies using system tools
• Manage damaged goods process and disposition
• Identify items under quality hold and document disposition
• Execute inventory transfers to support production and fulfillment
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned
• Operate forklifts and related equipment
• Follow safety procedures and pass forklift assessment
